Proposed Ordinance Amendments - Fall 2005

Proposed amendments to Ch. 14 are currently being reviewed by County Board Committees. These amendments were proposed to bring the county stormwater and erosion control ordinance into compliance with state runoff rules, and to clarity other sections in response to questions that have come up over the first three years of implementation.

The amendments were referred to the Environment/Agriculture/Natural Resources Committee, Land Conservation Committee, Lakes and Watershed Commission, and Public Protection and Judiciary Committee.
